Presence/Absence
Sorry for the silence dear readers, things are all a bit "off" at the minute. I seem to be suffering from clergy stress-related emotional exhaustion or something closer to "Aargh! I can't cope!" which means I've been missing a lot of things, some work, some leisure
I've been instructed to get away for a few days, sometime before Christmas, by Bishop B. Prayers would be appreciated.

Just back from India, hence lack of earlier response. Poor you...prayers of course,- and don't even think of apologising to us. The last thing a blog should do is add to the stresses and strains. Take care.
To some he's the vicar, Reverend Stuart, on a mission to help people discover the open secret of eternal life.
To others he is a writer, thinker, punster and drinking partner.
He is Dr Moose - and these are some of his thoughts.
Ten years or more of Higher Education, 7 years of Ordained Ministry in the Church of England... and now I'm managing to combine both, parish priest and university chaplain. It's a wonderful life. (Oh yes it is!)
