Personal Prayer Request
Twice now within the past six months I have become aware that I have unwittingly made major errors, both times resulting in the partial withdrawal of very capable people from the fully-active life of the church. Through oversight, omission and lack of preparation, they have amounted to breaches of trust and damaged relationships.
The ongoing question is about how many more I have made that I don't know about.
And more seriously, whether my rather laid back attitude, and a tendency to negativity, might jeopardise my effectiveness in ministry in MLPK.
The first step towards dealing with problems is the acknowledgement that they exist. It's a problem. It exists.
